FALCON STREET GATEWAY
client RTA
As one of the longest pedestrian bridges in Australia, the structure follows a curved alignment to minimise travel distances. The requirement for a privacy screen provided the opportunity to create a feature element on the bridge that defines the western abutment. The curved safety and privacy screens both in plan and section soften the overall appearance of the structure combined with its repetitive rythm add interest for cyclist and pedestrians alike.
