Key Challenges:
Concept development of the portal architecture, public domain areas and streetscape design for the precinct surrounding a New Railway Station in China. The portal design and light wells were designed to create a transition in luminance and integrate cycle and pedestrian facilities that are grade separated from the vehicular traffic.

Streetscape strategies incorporated shade canopies, cycle storage and sustainable landscape design treatments.
