When Roads and Maritime Services relocated their corporate office to Ennis Road under the Cahill Expressway, Ki Studio was commissioned to develop a heritage implementation plan based on a heritage implementation strategy prepared by GML. The implementation plan created a hierarchy based on themes that would inform the viewer its location within the building as well as the function of spaces.
