Key challenges:
A sensitive 138 Lot subdivision that responds to the site constraints. It includes community title open space with multipurpose recreational / fire trails in outer fire protection zones, and planning of roads and culdesacs to maximise bushland character and sensitive drainage system incorporating lakes and ponds.
Clusters of building to provide a visually sensitive development that maintains the character of the site drainage covenant reserves within private properties to protect natural drainage lines. A green buffer between the George Bass Drive and the development to mitigate its visual exposure.
