A masterplan for the 1000 hectare site which included a thorough site analysis stage. Design included major indigenous vegetation restoration, environmental protection of the Cumberland Plains Woodland, creation of wetlands and ponds, recreational facilities for the people of Western Sydney, including equestrian trails, walking tracks, community facilities, picnic areas, areas for active and passive recreation; and enhancement of cultural landscape elements within the plan. Involved extensive community consultation and community picnic day on site.
